As the EPC turnkey supplier for the project, Big Herdsman has delivered tailor-made a solution encompassing the cage system, feeding system, environmental control system, water supply, manure cleaning, and IoT big data system. This has achieved full automation and digitization throughout the farming process, enabling intelligent and automatic operation of all major farming modules, and significantly improving management efficiency.

Self-developed emergency ventilation and temperature control system

Saudi Arabia has a hot and dry tropical desert climate, with frequent extreme high-temperature and low-humidity weather exceeding 45°C. In response to this, the design team of Big Herdsman has customized a systematic solution for clients, equipped with Big Herdsman’s ultra-high negative pressure and large air volume fans, as well as high-efficiency cooling pads for cooling and humidifying. These ensure a comfortable indoor environment in the barns even under extreme high-temperature conditions.
